Delivery terms

The shipment of the goods, if the goods are in stock, will be made within 7 working days after receipt of payment.

The regular transit times of the parcel transport of our shipping service provider DPD depend on the receiving country according to the product and service availability and for dutiable shipments according to the value of goods and duration of customs clearance.

In case of transport damages, these must be noted immediately on the shipping transfer bill when the goods are handed over. Later complaints cannot be accepted.
